Fee and Cancellation Information

Important FEE information:

  • Payment for all private / telehealth and NDIS appointments is required 24-hours prior to the counselling session.
  • Payment options include Credit Card or direct deposit. 
  • Video / Telephone counselling is a flat rate and outlined upon booking in on this website.
  • Some concerns are obviously more complex than others and will require more sessions to resolve. In these instances, Rebekah may make some suggestions regarding the advisability of further sessions; however, the choice of whether to continue or not with these sessions is always up to you.
  • You are free to reschedule sessions with preferably at least 48hrs notice (see cancellation policy below) and to adjust the frequency of your sessions as you deem appropriate.

Cancellation Policy:

  • When an appointment is booked for either a virtual or online consultation, a significant amount of time is set aside which includes preparation for you as the client, as well as, the session time. Therefore, late cancellations and failing to attend appointments without notice are usually inconvenient and costly, and I am unable to offer the appointment to another client. Accordingly, I ask that clients wishing to cancel or reschedule an appointment must do so no later than 24 hours before the time of the appointment – simply text Rebekah. All clients will incur the full fee should they not adhere to this time-frame for all cancelling, rescheduling or DNA’s (not attending appointments) without notice. The cancellation fee must be paid before a continuation of sessions will be offered.
  • I understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. The cancellation fee will be waived if a medical certificate is provided. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend an appointment.
